Project Quality Control (QC). QC services are performed for the Design-Builder, Contractor, or Developer, and consists of implementing procedures and process controls for witnessing, inspecting, checking and testing to control conformity with the contract requirements.
Project Quality Assurance (QA). QA services are performed for the Owner, Design-Builder or Concessionaire, as outlined in the contract, and consists of providing process controls for the development and implementation of policies and procedures, as well as defining roles and responsibilities in order to provide quality assurance verification that the quality of work is in accordance with specified requirements.
